USECU VISA® Debit Card
Conveniently access your funds with a USECU Visa Debit card. Present your card anywhere VISA is accepted and the funds will automatically be deducted from your Checking account.
Complete the Visa Debit Card Application and email to membership@usemployees.org, fax to 312-922-8609, or mail to USECU at 230 S. Dearborn St, Suite 2962, Chicago IL 60604. If you prefer to submit an electronic application, call us at 312-922-5310 and we will be happy to email you an Adobe electronic invite.

Traveling with your VISA® Debit Card?
Please Notify Us!
In order to prevent fraudulent debit card transactions, please notify us when traveling outside of your state of residency. Card-holders traveling out of the country will be declined if USECU is not notified.
Methods of contact:
- Call us at 312.922.5310, between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Via our secure Communication Center, log into Home Banking. If your communication is received after 3:30pm, we will add your travel notes on the next business day. Please include your member number, travel destinations, dates, and contact information.
- Visit our branch.
If you are declined a transaction, call 312.922.5310. Our after-hours Declined Transaction Assistance Line is 800-547-3593.

A USECU Visa Debit Card is
available for members with Checking accounts. The card is free with a $500 total monthly direct deposit to your USECU checking and/or savings account.
Withdrawal Limit
Individual withdrawal limits may vary and are set by USECU. Please refer to your Visa Debit Card approval letter.
Update Your PIN by Phone
Real time PIN by Phone provides you with the option of changing your 4-digit Check/Debit card PIN by calling 800.290.7893. You will be prompted to provide the primary telephone number on file at USECU, card number, and personal information. Upon verification, your new PIN will be effective immediately.
Security Reminders
- Always protect your USECU Visa® Debit Card & Personal Identification Number (PIN) as you would cash, checks, and credit cards.
- DO NOT keep your PIN with your USECU VISA® Debit Card and always keep it confidential!

Reporting Your Card Lost or Stolen
Contact USECU immediately at 312.922.5310 during normal business hours. We will cancel your old card and order a new one. You may also contact our processor directly 24-hours a day at 888.297.3416.
